How to purchase Extra Business on Posa

Use this guide when every business branch on your plan is used up, and you want more branch(es) without upgrading. Extra Business is an add-on. It gives you extra branch slot(s) on top of your plan. You must already be on a paid plan — Free cannot buy add-ons.

Buying Extra Business does not create the branch by itself. After you pay, you still click Add new business and fill in the new branch — see How to add another business branch on Posa.

1. Open Add-on services

On the left sidebar, under ADMIN, click Add-on services. It sits under Subscription.

2. The Add-on services page

You should see Add-on services and Build the plan that fits your business. Cards for each add-on are on the left. Checkout is on the right. If the cart is empty, it says Your cart is empty select an add-on to checkout. You only pay the prorated amount for the time left on your current billing period — not the full yearly price.

3. Find Extra Business

Scroll to Extra Business — Add an extra branch or outlet to your account. Full price is struck through (₦70,000 in this example). Pay now (prorated) is the amount due today — ₦8,246.58 here. Covers until shows when this add-on ends — 31st October, 2026 in this example.

4. Click Add to cart

On the Extra Business card, click Add to cart.

5. Leave the quantity at 1

The Add to cart button becomes a quantity control. Leave it at 1 unless you need more than one extra branch. One Extra Business = one extra branch slot.

6. Check the Checkout panel

On the right, Checkout shows Extra Business, quantity 1, and Total — ₦8,246.58 in this example. Do not click Reset — that empties the cart.

7. Click Proceed and Pay

Click Proceed and Pay. Posa sends you to pay. Complete payment on that screen, then you return to Posa. This guide does not cover the bank or card page.

8. Confirm the purchase

You should see You’re all set! and Continue to Dashboard. If you see that, Extra Business is paid. You now have one more branch slot.
