Posa Hardware Warranty
At Posa, we stand behind the quality of our hardware. Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and hardware faults that occur under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
Your Posa hardware warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware failures that occur during normal use
- Defective display components not caused by impact or misuse
- Printer, battery, or charging faults resulting from manufacturing defects
- Faulty buttons, ports, or internal components due to factory defects
- Accessories included with the device that are found to be defective upon normal use
If a covered defect is confirmed, Posa may, at its discretion:
- Repair the device
- Replace the defective component
- Replace the device with an equivalent unit
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Physical Damage
- Cracked, broken, or scratched screens
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, bending, or crushing
- Broken buttons, ports, or casings resulting from misuse
Liquid and Environmental Damage
- Exposure to water, liquids, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures
- Damage caused by fire, smoke, chemicals, or corrosion
Improper Use
- Use outside normal operating conditions
- Use of incompatible chargers, accessories, or peripherals
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or unstable power sources
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
- Opening, disassembling, or modifying the device without authorization from Posa
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized technicians
Normal Wear and Tear
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or signs of regular use
- Consumable parts that naturally deteriorate over time
Before Requesting Warranty Service
To help us assess your device, you may be asked to provide:
- The device serial number or order information
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A description of when and how the issue started
Posa may inspect the device to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
How to Protect Your Device
To maximize the lifespan of your Posa hardware:
- Place the device on a stable surface.
- Avoid dropping or applying pressure to the screen.
- Keep liquids away from the device.
- Use only recommended chargers and accessories.
- Avoid attempting repairs yourself.
Important Notice
The warranty covers defects in the product itself, not damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
