The Role
Help businesses discover and get started with Posa. As an independent, commission-based agent, you’ll introduce new customers, demonstrate the product, and assist with onboarding. Choose your own working hours and work remotely or in the field.
What You'll Do
Find new customers
Introduce Posa to businesses and register referrals before they pay.
Demo & onboard
Show customers how Posa works and help them get started.
Stay in touch
Check in with customers, send renewal reminders, and escalate issues to Posa.
You'll Be Great At This If You Have
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
- Ability to work independently and explain Posa clearly.
- A smartphone or laptop, reliable internet, and willingness to meet prospects when needed.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
What You'll Earn
- Qualify for the agent rate by signing the agreement and referring three distinct new businesses with verified subscription payments. You earn 10% on your first three referrals; then 20% after that.
- Earn 20% on eligible software subscription payments covering each referred customer’s first year.
- Close 10 or more eligible new paying businesses in a calendar month and earn 25% on their first subscription payment.
- Earn 10% on Business subscriptions renewals
- Verified commissions are paid weekly
