About Posa

Posa is a modern Point of Sale & Business Management platform for retailers, restaurants, pharmacies, salons, groceries, and service businesses. We help teams record sales, manage inventory, set up online stores, print receipts, and reduce fraud—online and offline—across Android, iOS, and web. We also provide the Posa Tab + receipt printer for businesses that need hardware.

The Role

We're expanding to Ghana! We're looking for energetic, business-savvy Sales Engineers who can win trust, run persuasive demos, and guide businesses from "interested" to "live on Posa." You'll combine consultative selling with light technical setup (think: printer pairing, product import, and basic configuration). This is a contract role with 15% commission on every business subscription you refer—no limits.

What You'll Do

Prospect & qualify

Generate leads online and in-person (WhatsApp, Instagram, store visits, events, referrals).

Discovery & demos

Understand business needs; run tailored demos for retail, restaurant, pharmacy, and services.

Solutioning

Configure taxes, discounts, product variants, receipt settings; set up the online store/webshop.

Hardware setup (optional)

Assist with Posa Tab & thermal printer pairing; guide network/BT basics.

Onboarding & training

Import products via CSV, create staff roles/permissions, ensure they can sell offline/online.

Close & handoff

Convert trials to paid subscriptions, document notes in CRM, and hand over to Success for follow-up.

You'll Be Great At This If You Have

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success (POS/SaaS/Fintech/SMB tools a plus).
  • Comfort with light technical tasks (printer pairing, account setup, CSV imports).
  • Strong communication skills and demo presence (Zoom/Meet/WhatsApp).
  • Hustle and ownership—comfortable working to clear targets with high activity.
  • A laptop/smartphone, reliable internet, and willingness to meet prospects when needed.
  • Nice to have: Experience selling into retail, restaurants, pharmacies, or field sales; familiarity with local payments and POS hardware.

What You'll Earn

  • 15% commission on every business subscription you refer—uncapped.
  • Bonuses and spiffs may apply for hitting monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Commission is tracked in our CRM and paid on a regular schedule (details in the contract).
